Islam in Society: Where it Starts, and Where it Ends

Posted: 18 Apr 2009 04:44 PM PDT

Are you concerned about the Islamicization of our nation? This video lays out, nation by nation and stage by stage, exactly what the effects are of creeping Islam. Put this in context with the Islamophilia so openly displayed by the professed Christian Obama, and you have a fascinating and thought-provoking video. To watch this video turn down the volume on the blue player to your right. Hint - if you lower the volume and don't hit pause, it will remember the lower setting when you refresh/return. Intolerant Islam Wants to Ban Letter 'X'

I was reading some REVIEWS on books I would like to purchase over at AMAZON. One in particular…The Truth about Mohhamad, by Ali Sina. Then I came across this FORUM on the following story.

What a bloody joke. Only I am NOT laughing. Do we tell them what to do with their little squiggles in arabic. Could you imagine if these nutcases were to be assessed by a psychologist and shown the flash cards? What would they make of an ink-blot. Oh yeah, they would want that banned too. To me it looks like a picture of mo all distorted. They would take offence and so want it not to be in the testing.

Should they also ban the letter T / t - as it could be construed as a symbol of a cross. More so than the letter X. Or the letter B for looking like a pair of boobs side on? What are these jerks really trying to accomplish? To me, I use the letter xxxx to throw kisses to whoever I might be writing to.
Have a read of the story and some of the comments, they are seriously crackers.

Intolerant Islam Wants to Ban Letter 'X'

This article from the New York Sun tells how the Saudi Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice wants to ban the letter 'X' because it looks too much like a cross. http://www.nysun.com/article/46707

Part of one of the quotes.

'The truth is as Robert Spencer said, Islam is the world's most intolerant religion. I think even he didn't think that they were so nutty and intolerant as to discuss getting rid of a letter. Next, what will happen to the '+' sign?'

The more I hear of islam, the more I read of islam, the more bloody angry I become. When are people really going to wake up and start shouting from the rooftops about this 'cancer on humanity'. We, know the cure, but we just have to convince the authorities to fund it.

Give Me A Break.

BEAUSEANT!!!!!!

I think it is time for us people living in Victoria, (or even in Australia), to arrange for some sort of get-together to form some type of group, whether it be just a group to organise strategies, forums, protests, or simply for support.... In my case, you are all I have in the way of support.

PC Madness

Thanks to ACT.. Act For America for this... As they ask, I am forwarding the email in it's entirety. And even though I am in Australia and am Australian, I believe we...Aussies are heading down the same slippery slope as the US.

Politically Correct Theater of the Absurd.

Yesterday we emailed you the link to a video of an Islamist matter-of-factly discussing how easy it would be to smuggle anthrax across our border and kill over 300,000 people. Since then over 40,000 people viewed the video, demonstrating the reach ACT! for America currently has.

Juxtapose that video with the comments recently made by Homeland Security director Janet Napolitano. As the commentary below notes, Napolitano referred to Islamist terrorism as “man-caused disasters.”

As Diana West asks, “Is this a joke?” Unfortunately, no. Political correctness is running so rampant in Washington that the person charged with protecting our “homeland security” twists herself into an absurd rhetorical pretzel in order to avoid using the “I” word. Imagine the scorn that would have been heaped on Franklin D. Roosevelt if, after the attack on Pearl Harbor, he declared war on “man-caused disasters”! That tells how much things have changed in Washington.

We asked yesterday “Why is our shared ACT! for America mission so important? Why is the Islamist threat so dangerous? Why is it essential that we overcome political correctness in America and awaken citizens everywhere?”

You see, we are not only fighting the evil of radical Islamists who are intent on destroying our way of life and replacing our law with shariah law. We are also forced to contend with the willfully self-deceived in our government who are more concerned with appearing respectable than with protecting our safety and liberty.

What can YOU do TODAY that will help us take one more step forward in combating this lunacy?
• First, forward this email to everyone you know, and urge them to log on to www.actforamerica.org and sign up for our daily email alerts.
• And second, call the Department of Homeland Security “Comment Line,” 202/282-8495, and let them know, in a firm but respectful way, that you are outraged and deeply concerned by Napolitano’s characterization of terrorism.
________________________________________

The war on "man-caused disasters" ...

just as we have recently had the bushfires which the majority of them were caused by 'arsonists'... even though last September (2008) the newspaper headlines screamed that the Jihadis were threatening jihad by arson for our coming Summer and the dangers we face every 'Bush-fire' season. Now, there is a commission of sorts over the fires, and how many people died, lost their homes, fires deliberately lit, and how the other fires were caused by 1. a faulty power tower..2. lighning strikes. 3. greenies not allowing undergrowth and trees to be cleared around houses and properties. and I am sure there will be more points to this enquiry. Let's see if anyone who is deemed responsible for the arson cases is declared of middle eastern appearance or a muslim...I think NOT. ....CNanna.

But what if the jihadist is a woman?

We're not fighting a War On Terror anymore. And we certainly aren't fighting a defensive action against the global jihad and/or Islamic supremacism. No, what we're doing is fighting a War on "man-caused disasters."

Feel better? Feel more politically correct? Less bigoted, racist, and Islamophobic? Good, because that's all you're going to get from this. You certainly aren't going to get any insight into who the enemy is, or why he (or she, Janet, you sexist) is doing what he is doing.

"'Away From the Politics of Fear,'" from Spiegel, March 16 (thanks to all who sent this in):

Janet Napolitano, 51, is President Obama's new Homeland Security Secretary. She spoke with SPIEGEL about immigration, the continued threat of terrorism and the changing tone in Washington.

SPIEGEL: Madame Secretary, in your first testimony to the US Congress as Homeland Security Secretary you never mentioned the word "terrorism." Does Islamist terrorism suddenly no longer pose a threat to your country?

Napolitano: Of course it does. I presume there is always a threat from terrorism. In my speech, although I did not use the word "terrorism," I referred to "man-caused" disasters. That is perhaps only a nuance, but it demonstrates that we want to move away from the politics of fear toward a policy of being prepared for all risks that can occur.

Diana West comments:

Is this a joke, a late-night skit's attempt to skewer PC lingo?

No, this is PC lingo. Having abandoned the idiotic but at least somewhat bellicose moniker "War on Terror," we are now into, what...the "Intervention into Man-Caused Disaster."

Of course, there are two PC problems with the "nuance" Mzzz Napolitano claims.

There is that pesky term "man"--sure to rile the feminists, let alone the female suicide bombers. Brace for the day when Secretary Janet discusses "Person-Caused Disasters."

But that leaves the fact that the kind of "persons" who cause the "disasters" in question believe that Allah, not man (and certainly not woman) causes everything. Remember Operation Infinite Justice? That was the name the US tagged onto the military campaign against the Taliban until Muslims complained (p. 166) on the grounds that they believe only Allah dispenses justice, infinite or otherwise. (And that was enough for Uncle Sam to changes names, natch.) This line of religious belief surely makes "Man/Person-Caused Disaster" practically a term of defamation. I'm thinking Madame Secretary will have to go with something else, maybe renaming the whole agency for further sensitivity's sake. Department for the Prevention of Allah-Caused Disasters, anyone?

http://drjamesgalyon.wordpress.com/2008/04/02/a-conversation-with-dr-bill-wagner/
here is where you will find a very interesting conversation between Dr. Wagner and Dr. Galyon.

A Conversation with Dr. Bill Wagner
Posted by Dr. James Galyon under Arminianism, Baptists, Calvinism, Church History, Evangelism & Missions, Persecuted Church, SBC, Theology

Introduction - Dr. Bill Wagner, a fellow Southwesterner who earned his doctorate in missiology from Fuller Seminary, serves currently as a pastor in California of both the Snyder Lane Baptist Church in Rohnert Park, and the North Bay Iranian Church in Novalto. He is also the president of Olivet University International in San Francisco.

It is difficult to impugn his conservative beliefs, especially considering his credentials within SBC life. He spent 31 years of service with the IMB, held a teaching post (evangelism and missions) at Golden Gate Seminary between 1996-2005, and also served as Second Vice-President of the SBC from 2003-2004. In the midst of the Conservative Resurgence he authored the chapter on Biblical Authority and Mission in Authority and Interpretation (Grand Rapids: Baker, 1987). He is certainly not a Liberal by any means, and has the boldness to assert publicly that the only thing which should dismiss a current church from participation in SBC life is the acceptance of homosexual practice. He stated this publicly, mind you, living and working in the San Francisco area. Dr. Wagner has evidently prayed in earnest about being a candidate for the SBC presidency and has thought the matter out carefully, as demonstrated on his website. In my estimation, Bill Wagner is a bold yet humble minister who has a heart to reach the nations for Jesus Christ. In the “conversation” which follows, Dr. Wagner agreed to answer a set of questions I sent him via e-mail. Upon returning his anwers, he and I worked together to edit and present our finalized “conversation.” The interview may seem “overbearing” on my part, but please recall that all of the questions were posed beforehand. I trust you will find the “conversation” interesting and beneficial.
Dr. Galyon: Dr. Wagner, you pastor two congregations, one of which is ethnic – Iranian. Serving as the pastor of this congregation, and having served as both the Regional Consultant for Evangelism and Church Growth for Europe and the Middle East (1982-1986) and the Chairman of the European Baptist Federation Muslim Awareness Committee for Europe (1985-1993), you certainly understand the general nature of Islam and its persecution of Christians. Your book, How Islam Plans to Change the World (Grand Rapids: Kregel, 2004), certainly points to the inevitable and ongoing spiritual confrontation between the Islamic religion and the Church. Iranian Christians certainly know of the bitterness brought about by Islamists in their nation. Several years ago you wrote an article, “How Persecuted Churches Grow: Iraq,” in Strategies for Today’s Leader (2001, Vol. 38, No. 1, pp. 20-23). You and I obviously come from different points on the spectrum of soterioloy – differing over the doctrines of predestination, election, and the nature and degree of free will – yet agree on the necessity of the need for the Gospel to be proclaimed to all peoples in all places and for their responsibility to respond in repentance and faith. We want to see individuals in Iran, for example, come to know Christ Jesus. Can you please tell us the relationship between persecution and Church growth in persecuted nations?
Dr. Wagner: Dr. Galyon, thank you for this opportunity to dialogue with you. I have appreciated our contacts. As I have studied Islam in many countries of the world I am convinced that the persecution of Christians will increase. Shar’ia law states that if a Muslim leaves the faith then they must be put to death. This occurs on a regular basis in many countries of the world. Generally those from the West are allowed to live because they were born as “People of the Book”. This, however, is changing. Now if you offend either the prophet (Mohammed) or Islam you are in danger. I have received death threats but up to now - no action. It could come. My latest book, How Islam Plans to Change the World, does not seem to be so offensive since I only tell what their strategy is to make the world Muslim by the year 2080. At the present time this book has only landed me on CAIR’s “Watch List”. In my church we do not allow people to take photos since many have relatives back in Iran and they could be in danger if the authorities knew of these Christian contacts in the West. It has been said that the blood of those who give their lives is the seed for the growth of the church. This is true inmost situations but the persecution from the Muslims has been so severe that there has been little growth where there has been persecution.

A comment from BrotherSka.
There is a difference between Islamic religious tradition and the Qur’an. A new comparative analysis by Walter Phillips titled Brothers Kept Apart, revealed harmony between the principal teachings of the Bible and the Qur’an. What Mr Wagner has described is Islamic tradition, which is what most if not all Muslims believe.

I found it interesting that he sees islam conquering the world stage by 2080, however, I think they are a bit closer in their strategy...
